By booking Bumblebee Cabin you agree to the following key terms and conditions agreement:
• The primary renter must be present throughout the rental period (no proxy rentals). Check in and check out dates and number of guests agreed to in booking must be adhered to.
• No parties, events or any other commercial activities are allowed on the property.
• Bumblebee Cabin is a NON SMOKING property. Smoking is only allowed outdoors and cigarettes / butts must be disposed of in your own ash trays. Do not bring ashes into property. Smoking inside the units will result in a €200 fine.
• Your car must be parked in the parking lot just OUTSIDE the barrier. This parking lot is intended for renters. The parking spaces INSIDE the barrier are intended for the chalet owners.
• Renters agree to follow all signage on property. Children must have adult supervision.
• Renters agree to keep the property and all furnishings in good order and only use appliances for their intended uses.
• Primary renter acknowledges and understands that they are responsible for each and every guest or guardian during their booked rental dates and is solely responsible for any property damage, accident, injury or loss sustained to any person while in residence.
• Bumblebee Cabin and their staff accept no legal or financial responsibility. Guests and guardians assume all risk of injury or other loss resulting from a recreational activity and will hold owner harmless hereto. Guest hereby agrees to indemnify and hold owners, Bumblebee Cabin, employees, and officers harmless from any claim, including those of third parties, arising out of or in any way a result of the guests use of the premises or items therein. Owners cannot be held responsible for: The failing of any other company due to said company’s error or service interruption {i.e. electricity, water, gas, cable, wireless provider, etc.} and acts of neighbors such as: construction, road repair and maintenance or weather. However, owners agree to do all that is humanly possible to remedy any issue as quickly as possible.
• NO REFUNDS OR ADJUSTMENTS OF RENTAL FEES WILL BE MADE FOR ANY OF THE ABOVE CONDITIONS.
• Our cancellation policy:
14 days before check-in: 100% refund
7-14 days before check-in: 50% refund
Less than 7 days: No refund
• The properties are self-catered, you will have to provide your own food.
• Linen, sheets and towels for your stay will be provided by Bumblebee Cabin and need to be left at the property upon departure.
• You can be additionally charged for damage caused during your stay. Guests are responsible for reporting any damage as soon as they detect it.
